What's happening on our block

Stage 5 is well underway at The Elms with 12 new spacious villas under construction.

Nine of the 12 homes are already reserved and the soon-to-be new residents have started to select colours and advise on any special building requests.

The home sites have all been excavated with pre-plumbing works completed and the first slabs were poured in early August.

Frames have commenced and all homes are expected to be completed early to mid 2016.
